Complaints

Complaints about any of the services provided by HBS should be emailed to abuse@hbsinternet.co.uk and you should expect to receive a response within 3 working days.

If you are unsatisfied with the result of a complaint and wish to escalate it by putting your complaint in writing to HBS Consultants Ltd, 11 Mill Lane, Barrowden, Rutland, LE15 8EH

We are always vigilant to ensure domains registered with us comply with our registrant agreement as we take reports of abuse very seriously. All reports are reviewed and investigated promptly to ensure that our network is used in accordance to our Terms and Conditions.

If you are aware of someone breaching our terms or the law whilst using our services, please Contact Us to report this - including as much detail as possible to enable us to effectively investigate your complaint.

Please Note All abuse reports will be investigated within 24 hours from the time of being reported, and if appropriate action will then be taken.

Infringing on Trademark


If you believe that your complaint is about Trademark infringement the best course of action will be to report your complaint to a UDRP (Uniform Domain-name Dispute Resolution Policy) arbitration provider. You can learn more about the UDRP process on the
